- Identification of protein substrate with binding to the enzyme saccharopine dehydrogenase from Cryptoccocus neoformans by in silico analysis and characterization of its potential antifungal activity in culture.
- Association of immunodominant epitopes of respiratory infections caused by human Coronavirus, influenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus with Diabetes mellitus type 2.
- Gut Microbiota, Faecal Biomarkers Calprotectin and Lactoferrin associated with Parkinson’s Disease.
- Identification of the resident microbiota in palpebral conjuntiva and ocular prosthesis surface, of patients with and without palpebral competition.
- Identification of the interaction of GRP78 and COTH3 proteins in an ex vivo vascular model in co-cultivation of Rizopus oryzae.
